By creating an account or using MenSpace, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

MenSpace provides community-based peer support. Content shared by members reflects personal experiences and opinions; it is not professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

MenSpace does not diagnose or treat any condition, provide emergency response, or guarantee that another member or administrator will see or respond to a message. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

Provide accurate registration information, keep your login details secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Usernames, nicknames, and anonymous display options can reduce public identification, but they do not make activity technically untraceable to MenSpace administrators.

Use MenSpace respectfully and lawfully. You must not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, stalk, discriminate against, or deliberately endanger another person.

Do not post unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, malicious software, spam, unauthorized advertising, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

You may not scrape the service, bypass access controls, disrupt platform operation, or use another member’s content outside MenSpace without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give MenSpace a limited licence to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share your content. Because other members may copy what they see, avoid sharing information you cannot safely disclose.

We may review reports and take proportionate action, including removing content, limiting features, muting room participation, suspending an account, or permanently banning an account.

We may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person from serious harm, investigate abuse, or secure the platform.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability and are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.

If paid services are introduced, their price and applicable terms will be clearly presented before you make a purchase.

You may stop using MenSpace or request account deletion through your profile. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate moderation purposes.

We may restrict or end access when these Terms or the Community Guidelines are violated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MenSpace is provided “as is.” MenSpace is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on member content or for the conduct of users outside the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
